Necessary and sufficient conditions are presented in order the linear operator \[ (Lu)_j\equiv A_j u_j= a^j_{-m} u_{j-m}+\cdots+ a^j_0 u_j+\cdots+ a^j_m u_{j+m} \] to be normally solvable if and only if \(A^t u_j\equiv 0\), \(\forall j\in z\) do not have nonzero bounded solutions. Finally, the topological degree for nonlinear operators is also constructed.
