The non-orientable surface of genus \(3^-\), i.e. the connected sum of 3 projective planes, is considered. The surface, having the hyperbolic plane as universal covering space, may admit globally different metrics. For this surface the authors of the paper find normalizers of the fundamental group in the isometry group of the hyperbolic plane and with their help obtain possible symmetry groups and fundamental tilings. The paper is a continuation of [\textit{E.~Stettner}, Stud. Sci. Math. Hung. 40, 41--57 (2003; Zbl 1049.52018)]. It relies upon methods developed by Z.~Lučić and E.~Molnár and uses computer-aided algorithms of \textit{E.~Stettner} [Ann. Univ. Sci. Budap. Rolando Eőtvős, Sect. Math. 41, 103--115 (1998; Zbl 0940.52008)]. Before these works mainly orientable Riemann surfaces were investigated.
