Study of an identity. (Q1771947)

The connection of the identity \(x(yz)=(xy)(xz)\), the so-called self-distributivity or central duplication, with iterations of elementary embeddings in set theory is well known. The author solves the word problem of this identity by investigating a certain group describing the geometry. He also constructs a concrete realization of the one-generated free algebra relative to this identity.
