Let \(\mathcal O\) be a complete discrete valuation ring of characteristic 0 with an algebraically closed residue field \(k\) of prime characteristic. The paper under review deals with tensor products of indecomposable lattices over group algebras. Two main results are proved. In the first, \(G_i\) is a finite group and \(M_i\) is an indecomposable \({\mathcal O}G_i\)-lattice with vertex \(V_i\), source \(S_i\) and Green correspondent \(K_i\), for \(i=1,2\). It is shown that \(M_1\otimes_{\mathcal O}M_2\) is an indecomposable \({\mathcal O}[G_1\times G_2]\)-lattice with vertex \(V_1\times V_2\), source \(S_1\otimes_{\mathcal O}S_2\) and Green correspondent \(K_1\otimes_{\mathcal O}K_2\). In the second, \(H\) is a normal subgroup of \(G\), \(M\) is an \({\mathcal O}G\)-lattice with an indecomposable restriction to \(H\), and \(N\) is an \({\mathcal O}[G/H]\)-lattice such that \(\overline N=N/J({\mathcal O})N\) is an indecomposable \(k[G/H]\)-module. It is shown that \(L:=M\otimes_{\mathcal O}\text{Inf}^G_H(N)\) is an indecomposable \({\mathcal O}G\)-lattice and that \(\overline N\) is \(UH/H\)-projective whenever \(U\) is a vertex of \(L\). This theorem is illustrated by interesting examples. The results above generalize facts in a paper by the reviewer [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 86, No. 1, 65-73 (1993; Zbl 0782.20007)].
