Bifurcation of solutions of elliptic problems: local and global behaviour (Q1772550)

The authors describes the local and global behaviour of continua of solutions of some nonlinear elliptic problems when bifurcation occurs. First, they study the local behaviour of bifurcation from infinity at the first eigenvalue with Neumann boundary condition. They give an example to point out the differences in the local behaviour from infinity when different boundary conditions are considered. Moreover, the authors study the global behaviour of the continua bifurcating from infinity.
