The authors consider the singular Laplace-Bessel differential operator \[ \Delta_\alpha= \sum^n_{k=1} {\partial^2\over\partial x^2_k}+ {2\nu\over x_n} {\partial\over\partial x_n}, \] called also Weinstein operator. They introduce a wavelet-type transform associated with the operator \(\Delta_\alpha\) and establish a Caldéron-type reproducing formula for this transform. Next, they give wavelet-type representations of the generalized Bessel potentials.
