In the paper a proxy blind multi--signature scheme based on ideas of \textit{L. Yi, G. Bai, G. Xiao} [Electronic Letters 36 (6), 527--528 (2000)] multi--signature scheme and Okamoto -- Schnorr blind signature scheme is presented. It is proved that the proposed scheme is secure under the Random Oracle Model.
