The purpose of this paper is to present S-PLUS code for the implementation of the double-ordered correspondence analysis technique developed in previous works of the author [e.g., Biom. J. 39, 589--613 (1997; Zbl 1127.62370); ibid. 40, 413--429 (1998); Commun. Stat., Theory Methods 28, No. 7, 1511--1533 (1999)]. The approach is based on the decomposition of the transformed data set into bivariate moments and allows for a clear interpretation of each of the axes, in terms of location, dispersion and higher order components, and also has the advantage of identifying nonlinear measures of association. The program details are written using the stand-alone version of S-PLUS 6.1 for Windows. A program which provides a simple plotting function that enables graphical interpretation of the different levels of association is included.
