    Let \(\mathbb{R}^n,\) \(n\geq 2\), be the \(n\)-dimensional Euclidean space. For \(\beta >0\) and \(p>1\), let \(\dot{F}_p^{\beta ,\infty}\) be the homogeneouse Triebel-Lizorkin space; the Lipschitz space \(\dot{\Lambda}_\beta\) is the space of functions \(f\) such that \[ \left\| f\right\| _{\dot{\Lambda}_{\beta}}=\sup_{x,h\in \mathbb{R}^n, h\neq 0} | h|^{-\beta}\left| \Delta _h^{[\beta ]+1}f(x)\right| <\infty, \] where \(\Delta _h^k\) denotes the \(k\)th difference operator. Also, for \(1\leq r<\infty \) and \(0\leq \delta <n\), let \[ M_{\delta ,r}(f)(x)=\sup \left(\left| Q\right| ^{-1+r\delta /n}\int_Q| f(y)|^r dy\right)^{\frac 1r} \] where the supremum is taken over all cubes \(Q\) of \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with sides parallel to the axes and \(x\in Q\). A linear operator \(\mathbb{T}:\mathcal{S}\to \mathcal{S}^{\prime}\) is called a fractional singular integral operator if there exists a locally integrable function \(K(x,y)\) on \(\mathbb{R}^n\times \mathbb{R}^n\) such that \[ \mathbb{T}f(x)=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}K(x,y)f(y)\,dy, \] for every bounded and compactly supported function \(f\). In this paper, the author studies the continuity on the Triebel-Lizorkin space of the following multilinear operator that is related to the fractional singular integral operator \(\mathbb{T}\): \[ \mathbb{T}_Af(x)=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\left| x-y\right| ^{-m}R_{m+1}(A;x,y)K(x,y)f(y)\,dy, \] where \(m\) is a positive integer, \(A\) is a function on \(\mathbb{R}^n\), and \[ R_{m+1}(A;x,y)=A(x)-\sum\limits_{\left| \alpha \right| \leq m}\frac 1{\alpha !}D^{^\alpha }A(y)(x-y)^{^\alpha}. \] The author proves the following main result. Let \(0<\beta <1\) and \(D^{^\alpha }A\in \dot{\Lambda}_\beta \) for \(\left| \alpha \right| =m\). Suppose \(\mathbb{T}\) is the fractional singular integral operator such that \(\mathbb{T}\) is bounded from \(L^p(\mathbb{R} ^n)\) to \(L^q(\mathbb{R}^n)\) for \(0\leq \delta <n,1<p<n/\delta\), and \(1/p-1/q=\delta /n\). If \(\mathbb{T} _A\) satisfies the size condition \[ \left| \mathbb{T}_Af(x)-\mathbb{T}_Af(x_0)\right| \leq C\sum_{\left| \alpha \right| \leq m}\left\| D^{^\alpha }A\right\| _{\dot{\Lambda}_\beta }\left| Q\right| ^{\beta /n}M_{\delta ,1}(f)(x) \] for any cube \(Q=Q(x_0,l)\) with \(\operatorname{supp} f\subset (2Q)^c\), \(x\in Q\), and some \(0\leq \delta <n\), then (a) \(\mathbb{T}_A\) maps \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\) continuously into \(\dot{F}_q^{\beta ,\infty }(\mathbb{R}^n)\) for \(0\leq \delta <n\), \(1<p<n/(\delta +\beta )\), and \(1/p-1/q=(\delta +\beta )/n\). (b) \(\mathbb{T}_A\) maps \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\) continuously into \(\dot{F}_q^{\beta ,\infty }(\mathbb{R}^n)\) for \(0\leq \delta <n-\beta \), \(1<p<n/\delta \), and \(1/p-1/q=\delta /n.\) By applying the above results, the author is also able to establish the continuity on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces for the multilinear operators related to the Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operator and fractional integral operator.
