For Part I, see ibid. 39, No. 3, 397--407 (2003; Zbl 1066.35054). In this second part, for sufficiently small \(\mu >0\) in \(\Pi_T\) we establish an existence theorem for a unique solution of the problem, and when \(\mu=0\), \(l=0\), we establish the convergence of that solution to a discontinuous solution of the problem.
