The topological types of hyperspaces of 0-dimensional compacta (Q1779240)

\textit{A. Pełczyński} proved in [Bull. Acad. Pol. Sci., Ser. Sci. Math. Astronom. Phys. 13, 85--89 (1965; Zbl 0137.16103)] that there are uncountably many mutually non-homeomorphic \(0\)-dimensional compact metric spaces such that for each of them the hyperspace of all of its non-empty closed subsets is homeomorphic to a space nowadays called the Pełczyński compactum. This paper is a continuation of Pełczyński's study. The author proves that for \(0\)-dimensional compacta \(X\) there are only nine types of hyperspaces \(2^X\).
