The paper addresses the study of the spherical mean \(L^2\)-multiplier operators. From the Fourier transform associated with the spherical mean operator defined by \[ \mathcal{F}(f)(\mu, \lambda)=\int_0^\infty\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}f(r,x)\varphi (\mu,\lambda)(r,x)d\nu_{n+1}(r,x), \] the author defines the spherical mean \(L^2\)-multiplier operator by \[ T_mf(\epsilon, r, x)=\mathcal{F}^{-1}\left( (m_\varepsilon \circ \theta)\mathcal{F}(f)\right)(r,x) \] and obtains some of its properties. For instance he obtains the integral representation \[ T_mf(\epsilon, r, x)=\int_0^\infty\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}f(s,y)k((r,x); (s,y))d\nu_{n+1}(s,y) \] where \(k\) is a certain kernel. He furnishes also two uncertainty principles.
