The present article is some continuation of previous researches of the authors and is devoted to the inhomogeneous version of the problem of Diophantine approximation on lines under primality constraints. The main attention is given to ``the more general problem of inhomogeneous Diophantine approximation with prime constraints on lines in \(\mathbb R^d\) whose slopes satisfy an explicit Diophantine condition.'' The peculiarity of this research is the condition of primality constraints in studying inhomogeneous diophantine approximation on manifolds. The authors survey on Diophantine approximation on manifolds and affine subspaces. The authors remark that ``the study of inhomogeneous Diophantine approximation with constraints seems to be a nascent field'' and give a reference on some of the only results such that are known to the authors. The problem of homogeneous and inhomogeneous Diophantine approximation on curves is noted as a problem for a future consideration by the authors of the present paper.
