      The authors develop propagation estimates to describe the long time propagation of scattering states. These estimates are established under a certain number of regularity assumptions and spectral assumptions (such as that that the potential is a symmetric quadratic form). They use a Mourre type theory in the setting where a limiting absorption principle has not yet been established. It is shown in particular that the spectral measure of the Hamiltonian is a Rajchman measure, so its Fourier transform tends to zero at infinity. Examples of continuous Schrödinger operators that fit into the authors framework are also provided. A number of appendices are provides as well, which include why one may take a supremum in the RAGE Theorem and a review of almost analytic extensions of smooth functions (this last part is used in the proof of the uniform propagation estimate that is established by the authors).
