Consider Zhelobenko's realization of representations of \(GL(n+1,\mathbb{C})\) (that is a realization of a representation in the space of functions on a subgroup of uni-triangular matrices in the corresponding Lie group). Then the formulas for the action of generators of the Lie algebra \(gl(n+1,\mathbb{C})\) are written as differential operators. Take an irreducible representation \(V\) of the group \(GL(n+1,\mathbb{C})\) and split it into a direct sum of \(GL(n,\mathbb{C})\)-irreducible representations. Take a Zhelobenko's realization for every \(GL(n,\mathbb{C})\)-irreducible summand. The authors obtain another functional realization for the representation \(V\). In the paper under review, the formulas for the action of the generators of the Lie algebra \(gl(n+1,\mathbb{C})\) are written in this realization. They turn out to be differential-difference operators.
