The main result of the paper under review establishes weighted Calderón-Zygmund estimates for solutions to elliptic and parabolic obstacle problems in nondivergence form. The abstract setting is quite general and includes the case of discontinuous coefficients and irregular obstacles. The authors also obtain Morrey-type regularity results for the Hessian of the solutions and Hölder continuity of the gradient of the solutions. The proofs combine parabolic estimates with the analysis in weighted Sobolev spaces.
