In this paper, the global exponential convergence of T-S fuzzy complex-valued neural networks with time-varying delays and impulsive effects is considered. By employing Lyapunov's functional method and inequality technique, some sufficient conditions on the complex-valued linear matrix inequality form are obtained to ensure the global exponential convergence. Moreover, detailed estimations of the exponential convergence ball and the exponential convergence rate index are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical results is demonstrated via an illustrative example with simulations.
