This paper deals with the study of a class of nonlocal fractional problems. A feature of this paper is the presence of a potential with oscillatory behaviour either near the origin or at infinity. The main result establishes a sufficient condition for the existence of infinitely many solutions. The proof combines variational and topological arguments.
