Let \(Q\) be a cone, and let, for each \(\gamma\in\Gamma\), \((P_{\gamma},\leq_{\gamma})\) be an ordered cone and \(T_{\gamma}\colon P_{\gamma}\to Q\) be a linear mapping such that \(Q=\sum_{\gamma\in\Gamma}T_{\gamma}(P_{\gamma})\). For elements \(a,b\in Q\) with \(a=\sum_{\gamma\in\Delta}T_{\gamma}(a_{\gamma})\), \(b=\sum_{\gamma\in\Theta}T_{\gamma}(b_{\gamma})\), where \(\Delta=\{\gamma\in\Gamma:T_{\gamma}(a_{\gamma})\neq0\}\), \(\Theta=\{\gamma\in\Gamma:T_{\gamma}(b_{\gamma})\neq0\}\), set \(a\leq_{\overrightarrow{\Gamma}}b\) if for each \(\gamma\in\Gamma\cup\Theta\) there are \(c_{\gamma_1}\), \(d_{\gamma_1}\), \dots, \(c_{\gamma_{n_\gamma}}\), \(d_{\gamma_{n_\gamma}}\in P_{\gamma}\) such that \(T_{\gamma}(c_{\gamma_1})=T_{\gamma}(a_{\gamma})\), \(T_{\gamma}(d_{n_{\gamma}})=T_{\gamma}(b_\gamma)\), as well as \(c_{\gamma_i}\leq_{\gamma}d_{\gamma_i}\) for all \(i=1,2,\dots,n_{\gamma}\) and \(T_{\gamma}(d_{\gamma_i})=T_{\gamma}(c_{\gamma_{i+1}})\) for \(i=1,2,\dots, n_{\gamma}-1\). In this way, the finest order on \(Q\) is defined such that all mappings \(a_{\gamma}\mapsto T_{\gamma}(a_{\gamma})\) from \(P_{\gamma}\) to \(Q\) are monotone. Using this order, the author introduces inductive limit topologies on cones. Further, embeddings between direct sums, inductive limits and their duals are established and, thus, weak topologies and topologies of pointwise convergence in inductive limits of cones are investigated.
