Let us call a quantum logic \(L\) Jauch-Piron if each state on \(L\) is Jauch-Piron. (A state \(s\) on \(L\) is called Jauch-Piron if \(\{s(a)= s(b)=1\) for \(a,b\in L\Rightarrow\) there is a \(c\in L\) such that \(c\leq a\), \(c\leq b\) and \(s(c)=1\}\).) This neat paper exhibits a set-representable Jauch-Piron logic which is not Boolean. The construction technique presents an interesting novelty in orthomodular structures.
