Microlocalization at graded prime ideals of the associated ring of a Zariski filtered ring appears in the analytic theory of rings of differential operators. Some algebraic approaches to this theory are given, viewing them as the completions of the stalks of a microstructure sheaf defined on a Zariski filtered ring. In the case of an almost commutative filtered ring \(R\), the microlocalization at a perfect localization may be viewed as a deformation of a graded localization of the commutative associated graded ring \(G(R)\), so the sheaf defined on the microlevel corresponding to the structure sheaf of \(\text{Proj}(G(R))\) may be thought of as being a deformation of the latter, and it is called the sheaf of quantum sections over the structure sheaf \({\mathcal O}_ X\) of \(X = \text{Proj}(G(R))\). Some coherence properties are given in the last part of the paper.
