Iterative algorithms for domain decomposition suitable for singular perturbation problems (SPPs) are considered. The authors reduce the given problem to sequences of boundary value problems on subdomains. Usually the effective numerical methods for SPPs are based on the special nonuniform grids. A combination of two approaches to solving of SPPs, i.e. iterative algorithms for domain decomposition and special non- equidistant grids on subdomains, is applied. Convergence results are established for one-dimensional and two-dimensional problems. Numerical examples are presented.
