    Let \(\omega_ \beta (f,\delta)_ p\) be the continuity modulus of order \(\beta>0\) in the space \(L_ p= L_ p(0,2\pi)\) of a function \(f(x)\), \(1<p<\infty\). The Weyl-Nikol'skij space \(\text{WN}(r,\beta,\psi,p)\) is defined as the space of functions \(f(x)\in L_ p\) which have the fractional Weyl derivative \(f^{(r)}\in L_ p\), \(r>0\), and such that \(\omega_ \beta (f^{(r)},\delta)_ p\leq c\psi(\delta)\). The Besov- Nikol'skij space \(\text{BN} (r,\beta,\psi,p,\theta)\) is defined by the condition \[ \int_ 0^ \delta t^{-r\theta-1} \omega^ \theta_ \alpha (f,t)_ p dt+ \delta^{\beta\theta} \int_ \delta^ 1 t^{- \theta(r+\beta)-1} \omega^ \theta_ \alpha (f,t)_ p dt\leq c\psi^ \theta (\delta), \] where \(\alpha>r+ \beta\), \(r>0\), \(\beta\geq 0\), \(\alpha>0\). Under the assumption that \(\psi(\delta)\) is almost increasing and \(\psi(2\delta)\leq C\psi(\delta)\), the following statements are proved: (1) \(\text{BN} (r,\beta,\psi,p,\theta) \subseteq \text{WN} (r,\beta,\psi,p)\), if \(0<\theta\leq \min(2,p)\). 2. \(\text{WN} (r,\beta,\psi,p)\subseteq \text{BN} (r,\beta,\psi,p,\theta)\), if \(\max(2,p)\leq \theta<\infty\). 3. Let \(M_ r\) be the class of even functions with Fourier coefficients \(a_ n\) such that \(a_ n n^ r\downarrow 0\). Then \(M_ r \cap \text{WN} (r,\beta,\psi,p) \subseteq M_ r \cap \text{BN} (r,\beta,\psi,p,\theta)\), if \(p\leq\theta< \infty\) and \(M_ r\cap \text{BN} (r,\beta,\psi,p) \subseteq M_ r \cap \text{WN} (r,\beta,\psi,p)\), if \(\theta\leq p<\infty\). The intersection with some space of functions with lacunary Fourier series is also considered. As a corollary, some results on the coincidence of the above spaces are obtained.
