This paper addresses \(p\)-hierarchical adaptive boundary element formulations for 2-D elasticity applications. A pseudo-code illustrates the generation of the system of equations for the refinement procedure. Based on the author's previus experience, the important subject of local and global error estimators is also discussed and two test examples are included. The procedures are clearly defined in a simple way for microcomputer oriented applications.
