In this paper some questions connected with quantum cosmology are considered in the conjugate representation in which the second fundamental form is purely imaginary for the Euclidean signature of the metric. It allows to consider a quantum transition from a Euclidean section of the Universe to a Lorentzian one. From this point of view the following questions are considered: a creation of an expanding de Sitter Universe from the half Euclidean four-sphere, the corresponding nucleation process for the de Sitter Universe containing a pair of black holes, the quantum nucleation of the Lorentzian Universe in the presence of the conical singularity, the quantum stability of the Schwarzschild-de Sitter black holes (here exist two possibilities depending on a perturbation on a Lorentzian spacelike section: for a nonvanishing displacement and vanishing time derivative the black hole is stable but in the opposite case the initial data with vanishing displacement and nonvanishing time derivative lead to evaporation).
