A new approach for complex systems is the appearance of an hierarchical structure in a generalized system based on hyper-dilation. The paper is organized as follows. General concepts are presented in the Introduction, which is followed by Section 2, ``Modelling in two different physics, state- and measurement-oriented''. The paper continues with ``Hyper-dilation model'', which is divided into two subsections: ``Concrete definition and process of hyper-dilation model'' and ``The lattice of hyper-dilation model''. These are followed by Section 4, ``Cantor set in the return map'', and the last one, ``\(1/f\) power spectrum''.
