The aim of this article is to compute the secondary obstruction groups for an arbitrary compact Lie group for the first stem of stable equivariant homotopy groups in the case of the same action on the domain and co-domain. This result is the base for the development of the equivariant degree of maps introduced by \textit{J. Ize, I. Massabó A. Vignoli} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 315, No.~2, 433-510 (1989; Zbl 0695.58006)].
