The author gives a description of pencil-generated temporal and spatial dimensions in a projective plane over reals. In the beginning a short outline of the mathematical formalism is given and pencil-time and pencil-space are defined in a projective and affine way. Several special cases are discussed. Two different kinds of defectiveness of the temporal dimensions are shown. This together with the ordinary and the 2-dimensional time are all possible cases of temporal dimensions generated by the pencil of conics in a projective plane over the real numbers, so they can be classified. If it is taken into consideration that equivalently a conic can be defined by lines, three possibilities of the ordinary one-dimensional temporal dimension remain. A connection between different ordinary time arrows and the number of spatial dimensions is derived.
