    For \(B\) a vector lattice and an algebra of real-valued functions on a set \(X\) (pointwise operations) with \(1\in B\), and \(I\in+ B^\#:= \{J: B\to\mathbb{R}\mid J\) linear \(\geq 0\}\), the following spaces are considered: \[ SR(I):= \{J\in+ B^\#,\text{ there is }b\in B\text{ with }J(x)= I(xb),\;x\in B\}; \] \[ AC(I):= \{J\in+ B^\#:\text{ if }a_j\in B,\;0\leq a_n\leq a_0,\;I(a_n)\to 0,\text{ then }J(a_n)\to 0\}, \] the (locally) absolutely continuous nonnegative functionals with respect to \(I\); \[ R(I):= \{J\in+ B^\#:\text{ to }J\text{ exist }b_n\in B\text{ with }J(x)= \lim_{n\to\infty} I(xb_n),\;x\in B\}, \] the ``\(I\)-representable'' functionals. It is shown that \(AC(I)\subset R(I)\); \(SR(I)\subset AC(I)\) if additionally \(B\) contains only bounded functions or if \(I\) is a Daniell integral (i.e., \(I(a_n)\to 0\) if \(a_n\downarrow 0\) pointwise). Examples show that \(AC\) is in general strictly larger than \[ C(I):= \{J\in+ B^\#:\text{ there is a positive }M\text{ with }J\leq MI\}, \] similarly \(SR\neq AC\) even for Daniell integrals \(I\) and \(B\) containing only bounded functions.
