Fractional differences and Lizorkin-Triebel spaces (Q1810139)

The author obtains inequalities for maximal functions of fractional differences and fractional derivatives. Based on these facts, the author introduces in the Triebel Lizorkin spaces \(F^s_{pq}= F^s_{pq} (R^n)\), \(0<p<\infty\), \(0<q\leq\infty\), equivalent quasinorms expressible in terms of fractional differences of order \(\alpha>s\), \(s>n/ \min(p,q)\).
