The stationary boundary value problem to the Navier-Stokes equations \[ \begin{aligned} &-\nu\Delta v+(v\cdot\nabla)v+\nabla p=0,\quad \text{div }v=0, \quad \text{in }\Omega\\ &v\cdot n=0,\qquad n\cdot T(v,p)\cdot\tau=0\;\;\text{on }\partial\Omega\\ &v\to(v_{\infty},0)\;\;\text{as }x_1\to\pm\infty \end{aligned} \] is considered in an infinite two-dimensional pipe-like \(\Omega\) with an obstacle inside. The constant vector \((v_{\infty},0)\) is the velocity at the inlet and outlet of the pipe. \(T(v,p)=-pI+\nu D(v)\) denotes the stress tensor, \(I\) the unit matrix, \(D(v)\) the tensor with components \(\frac{\partial v_i}{\partial x_j}+\frac{\partial v_j}{\partial x_i}\), \(i,j=1,2\), \(n\) the unit normal and \(\tau\) the unit tangential vectors to \(\partial\Omega\), respectively. It is proved that at least one weak solution to the problem exists without restrictions of smallness of the flux vector. The weak solution is regular if the boundary of the domain \(\Omega\) is smooth.
