For a doubly indexed finite sequence \(\gamma=(\gamma_{i,j})_{i,j\in\mathbb N,\;0\leq i+j\leq 2n}\) where \(\gamma_{0,0}>0\) and \(\gamma_{i,j}={\bar \gamma}_{j,i}\), the truncated complex moment problem entails finding a positive Borel measure \(\mu\) supported in the complex plane \(\mathbb C\) such that \(\gamma_{i,j}=\int{\bar z}^iz^jd\mu\) for \(i,j\in\mathbb N\) and \(0\leq i+j\leq 2n\). If this is the case, then \(\mu\) is called a representing measure for \(\gamma\). The author gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of finitely atomic representing measure for \(\gamma\) supported in the variety \(K=\{z\in\mathbb C: z{\bar z}=A+Bz+C{\bar z} +Dz^2\), \(D\not=0\}\). Using this and J. Stochel's results, the author solves the full complex moment problem for \(K\) and illustrates the connection between full and truncated moment problems for other varieties.
