It is well knwon that the stationary axial-symmetric solutions of Einstein's equation might be represented in terms of solutions of two nonlinear equations for the complex-valued functions \(E\) and \(\varphi\) (so called Ernst equations) [cf. the author Oscillations and waves in the strong gravitational and electromagnetic fields (Moscow, 1984; Zbl 0558.53043 (in Russian)]. Integration of Ernst equations can be reduced to the solution of singular integral equation for the function \(\mu(\sigma)\) parametrically depending on Weyl variables \(\rho\) and \(z\): \[ \int^ 1_{-1}{(e(\xi)+\tilde e(\eta)+2f(\xi)\tilde f(\eta))\mu(\sigma)d\sigma\over (\xi-\eta)\sqrt{1-\sigma^ 2}}=0. \] Here \(\xi=z+i\rho\sigma\), \(\eta=z+i\rho\tau\); \(\sigma,\tau\in[-1,1]\); \(e(\xi)\), \(f(\xi)\) are the local holomorhic continuation of the functions \(e(z)\equiv E(\rho=0,z)\); \(f(z)\equiv\varphi(\rho=0,z)\) from the \(z\)-axis to the plain \(z+i\rho\), and \(\tilde e(\eta)\equiv(e(\eta^*))^*\), \(\tilde f(\eta)=(f(\eta^*))^*\). Under finite-multiple solutions the author understands the Ernst potentials of the form: \[ e(z)=1+e_ 0/z+\cdots+e_ n/z^ n, f(z)=f_ 0/z+\cdots+f_ m/z^ m. \] In the article under review the vacuum field solutions for the dipole, that is for \(e(z)=1/z+e_ 0/z\), \(f(z)=f_ 0/z\) are obtained. These solutions describe the field of charged rotating star of non-Kerr type. It turns out that the amplification of gravitation waves reflected from rotating star might take place.
