\textit{P. Julg} [C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris 292, 629-632 (1981; Zbl 0461.46044)] has shown that for a \(C^*\)-algebra \(A\) and a group \(G\) the group isomorphism \(K_ *(G\times_ \alpha A)\cong K_ *^ G(A)\) holds, where \(G\times_ \alpha A\) is the crossed product of \(G\) and \(A\). The present author derives certain results along the same lines. Suppose \(A\) is a Banach subalgebra of \(L(H)\), the space of bounded operators on a Banach space \(H\) such that \(K\subset A\), where \(K\) is the ideal of compact operators, \(G\) is a finite group and \(T_ g\) (\(g\in G\)) its representation on \(H\). The set of all operators of the form \(\sum_{g\in G}a_ g\cdot T_ g\), where \(a_ g\in A\) is denoted by \(B\). The set of all \(n\times n\) matrices over \(B\) is denoted by \(M_ n(B)\). Under certain conditions on \(B\) the author shows that \[ \varinjlim_ n[X,NtM_ n(B)]\cong K_ 1^ G(C(X,A/K)), \] where \([X,NtM_ n(B)]\) is the set of homotopy classes of mappings from a compact Hausdorff space \(X\) to the set of all Noetherian operators in \(M_ n(B)\) and \(C(X,A/K)\) is the algebra of all continuous functions from \(X\) into \(A/K\). The action of \(G\) on \(C(X,A/K)\) is defined by \(g(f)=[T_ g]\cdot f\cdot[T_ g^{-1}]\), where \(g\in G\), \([T_ g]\in L(H)/K\) is the class of operators \(T_ g\), \(f\in C(X,A/K)\). Several other group isomorphisms are obtained.
