A priori estimates in Sobolev-Slobodetskiĭ spaces \(H_\gamma^{\ell,\ell/2}\), \(\ell>1/2\), (see \textit{M. S. Agranovich} and \textit{M. I. Vishik} [Russ. Math. Surv. 19, No. 3, 53--157 (1964); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 19, No. 3 (117), 53--161 (1964; Zbl 0137.29602)]) of the solution of the following boundary value problem are established. Let \(\Omega^+\) be a bounded domain in \(R^3\), \(\Gamma=\partial\Omega^+\), \(\Omega^- = R^3\backslash\overline{\Omega^+}\), \(\Omega^\pm_T = \Omega^\pm\times(0,T)\), \(\Gamma_T=\Gamma\times(0,T)\), \(R_T = R^3\times(0,T)\). We denote for a function \(u(x,t)\) defined in \(R_T\) \(u^+(x,t) = u(x,t)\) if \(x\in\Omega^+\), \(u^-(x,t) = u(x,t)\) if \(x\in\Omega^-\), \([u(x,t)]_{\Gamma_T} = u^+(x,t) - u^-(x,t)\) if \(x\in\Gamma\), \(t\in(0,T)\). Let the vector function \(\mathfrak v(x,t) = (v_1,v_2,v_3)\) and the scalar function \(p(x,t)\) satisfies the Stokes system of equations \[ \mathfrak v_ t-\nu^ \pm\Delta\mathfrak v+(1/\rho^\pm)\nabla p = \mathfrak f,\ \operatorname{div} \mathfrak v = g\ \text {in } Q_T^-\cup Q^+_T, \] initial and boundary conditions \[ \mathfrak v|_{t=0} = 0,\ [\mathfrak v]_{\Gamma_T} = 0, \ \mathfrak v \underset{| x|\to\infty}{\longrightarrow} 0,\ P\underset{| x|\to\infty}{\longrightarrow} 0, \] \[ [\Pi{\mathfrak n}-{\mathfrak n}({\mathfrak n}\cdot\Pi{\mathfrak n})]_{\Gamma_T} = {\mathfrak a}, {\mathfrak a}\cdot{\mathfrak n} = 0, \] \[ [{\mathfrak n}\cdot\Pi{\mathfrak n}]_{\Gamma_ T}-\sigma{\mathfrak n}\cdot\Delta_ \Gamma\int^ t_ 0{\mathfrak v}\,d\tau = b+\sigma\int^ t_0 A\,d\tau. \] Here \(\nu^ \pm=\nu^ +\) in \(\Omega^ +\) and \(\nu^ -\) in \(\Omega^ -\), \(\rho^ \pm=\rho^ +\) in \(\Omega^ +\) and \(\rho^ -\) in \(\Omega^ - \), \(\nu^ +,\nu^ -\), \(\rho^ +\), \(\rho^ -\), \(\sigma\) are positive constants, \({\mathfrak n}\) is a unit exterior normal vector, \(\Delta_\Gamma\) is the Laplace-Beltrami operator on \(\Gamma_T\), \(\Pi\) is the stress tensor with the components \(\mathbb{T}_{ij} = -p\delta^ j_ i+\mu^ \pm(\partial v_ i/\partial x_ j+\partial v_ j/\partial x_ i)\), \(\mu^ \pm=\nu^ \pm\rho^ \pm\). It is proved that the sum of norms \[ \|{\mathfrak v}\|_{H_ \gamma^{\ell+2, \ell/2+1}}+\|\nabla p\|_{H_ \gamma^{\ell, \ell/2}} \] is estimated through appropriate norms of data of the problem. These estimates are obtained by the J. Schauder's method. Numerous references in the text concern the following article printed in the same volume by \textit{V. A. Solonnikov} [Tr. Mat. Inst. Steklova 188, 150--188 (1990; Zbl 0731.35079)].
