Consider a system of ordinary differential equations of the form \[ x^2 dy/dx=h(x,y) \tag{S} \] with respect to the unknown vector function \(y={}(y_1,\dots,y_{m+n})^T.\) Here, \[ h(x,y)= (h_1(x,y),\dots, h_{m+n}(x,y))^T \] is a vector function analytic for \(|x|<r_0,\) \(|y_p|<r_p\), \(p=1,\dots,m+n\), and satisfying \(h_p(x,\mathbf o)=0.\) Suppose that the Jacobian matrix \(((\partial h_l/\partial y_p)(0,\mathbf o))\), \(l,p=1,\dots,m+n\), admits the eigenvalues \(\mu_j>0\), \(j=1,\dots,m,\) \(-\nu_k<0\), \(k=m+1,\dots,m+n.\) Under some additional assumptions, the author constructs an analytic expression of an \((m+n)\)-parameter family of solutions to (S) near the irregular singular point \(x=0.\)
