Existence results for singular initial value problems for first order differential equations (Q1818014)

The initial value problem \(x'= f(t,x)\), \(x(0)= c\), with some restrictions on function \(f\) is under consideration. Global existence (and nonexistence) results are obtained by means of topological transversality theorem, conditions of local continuity and barrier strips technique. Estimations for the solution \(x\) and its derivative \(x'\) are proposed.
