Let \(G\) be a semisimple algebraic group over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0, and let \(\varepsilon\) be a root of unity. The author investigates certain restricted quantised enveloping algebras of Borel subalgebras of semisimple Lie algebras and the restricted quantised function algebra of \(G\) (the analogue of these restricted enveloping algebras for \(O_{\varepsilon}[G]\)). These algebras are basic, therefore they are isomorphic to the path algebras of some quivers with relations. The main aim of the paper is to describe precisely the quivers and their relations. The theory of quiver representations is used to obtain results on the module theory of the original algebras. In particular extensions of simple modules of a quotient of \(O_{\varepsilon}[G]\) are described.
