Vector bundles on ruled Fano 3-folds (Q1819137)

The author studies the moduli space of stable rank 2 vector bundles over a ruled Fano 3-fold \(X=\mathbb P(\mathcal E)\to\mathbb P^1\times\mathbb P^1\). By studying rank two vector bundles that are extensions of line bundles, the author deduces some interesting results concerning the geometry of such moduli spaces. One particular interesting result is that for some choice of the Chern class \(c_1\) and \(c_2\), the moduli \(M(2,c_1,c_2)\) of rank two stable vector bundles with given Chern classes \(c_1\) and \(c_2\) is smooth, irreducible, rational with dimension explicitly given.
