A Kerr-like exact solution of the Einstein-Maxwell field equations is presented. It is interpreted as the associated Kerr-Newman metric in the cosmological background of the closed Roberston-Walker universe. The associated Kerr-Newman metric in the background of the Einstein's static universe is also briefly discussed.
