The present paper is a rather technical companion to another paper of the author [Math. Notes 38, 827-832 (1985); translation from Mat. Zametki 38, No.4, 576-586 (1985; Zbl 0604.58012)] and proves the coincidence of certain topologies on the space of \(C^ 1\) maps with bounded and everywhere degenerate differential on a Riemannian manifold V of class \(C^ 2\).
