The processes of extrusion and drawing of plastic solids through conical dies during rotation of solids are analysed. Material behaviour is governed by the rigid-perfectly plastic solid model. Expressions for the stresses within the work zone and for the extrusion force are derived. The possibility to change and regulate the extrusion force by rotating is considered. The validity of the present analysis is supported upon comparison with experimental investigation.
