To enrich the mathematical theory of multidimensional L systems, we study the effect of nonterminals on table matrix L systems (TMLS). We observe that by introducing just one operator E we can make the table matrix L systems generate almost all the pictures which we previously generated by combining the lack of a completeness condition and partial coding on TMLS. We extend the definitions of synchronized form and normal form to TMLS and study the subfamilies of extended table matrix L systems (ETMLS) which are powerful enough to generate the entire family of ETML languages. We obtain the normal form, synchronized form, prime normal form, prime synchronized form, row-column prime normal form, and row- column prime synchronized form of PETMLS.
