The authors give a scheme for the construction in explicit form by the method of analytic continuation of the solution of a singular integral equation on the segment [\(\alpha\),\(\beta\) ]. Its kernel contains the terms \((t-x)^{-1}\), V(t-x), ln \(| t-x| U(t-x)\), sign(t-x)U(t- x), where U, V are polynomials.
