The stability of solutions of a differential inclusion (*) \(x'(t)\in F(x(t))\), \(x(0)=x_ 0\), where F is a set-valued map from \(R^ n\) to \(R^ n\), is studied. The solution x(t) is called ``monotone'' if and only if \(\forall t\geq s\) \[ V(x(t))- V(x(s))+\int^{t}_{s}W(x(\tau),x'(\tau))d\tau \leq 0, \] where V and W are introduced functions, W: Graph \(F\to R^+\) and V: dom \(F\to R^+\). Under some assumptions the author establishes the equivalence of the fact of existence of monotone trajectory of (*) with the fact that V is a Lyapunov function. The author says that a trajectory of (*) is a slow solution if it is a solution of the equation \(x'(t)=m(F(x(t)),\) \(x(0)=x_ 0\); for a closed C the author defines m(C) by the property m(C)\(\in C\) and \(\| m(C)\| \leq \| y\|\) for any \(y\in C\). After this, he establishes conditions under which there exists a slow solution to the differential inclusion \(x'(t)\in S(x(t))\), \(x(0)=x_ 0\), where S is the set-valued map \(S(x)=\{v\in F(x)| D_ tV(x)(v)+W(x,v)\leq 0\}\).
