The author proves an open mapping type theorem for a family of multifunctions of quasimetric spaces extending his previous result [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 118, No.2, 519-534 (1986; Zbl 0644.46002)] and the theorem of \textit{V. Pták} [Proc. R. Irish Acad., Sect. A 82, No.1, 47-53 (1982; Zbl 0477.46008)].
