We consider the equation \[ \ddot x+(\alpha +\beta \sec^ 2x)\dot x+\gamma tg x=A \sin \omega t \] and prove the existence, uniqueness, global stability (the attracting basin is the whole \(x-\dot x\) plane), for \(\beta\geq \alpha \geq 0\), \((\alpha +\beta)^ 2\geq 4\gamma >0\).
