A note on singular nonlinear boundary value problems (Q1827073)

The authors study the following operator equation in Banach space \(E\) \[ u=\lambda Au, \qquad 0< \lambda< +\infty, \quad u\in P\setminus \{\theta\}, \tag{1} \] where \(\theta\) is the zero element and \(P\) is a cone in \(E\). The authors establish some existence results for (1). Moreover, the authors apply their results to prove the existence of positive solutions of nonlinear singular boundary value problems.
