Arbeiten von \textit{Stott} und \textit{Schoute} (1910-1916; F. d. M. 41, 631; 42, 582, 583; 44, 624) über mehrdimensionale Polytope werden wieder aufgenommen. Es wird gezeigt, daß diese Überlegungen vom Begriff des Fundamentalbereiches der Symmetriegruppe dieser Polytope aus neu beleuchtet werden können. (III 5.)
