Das Hurwitzsche Resultat über die Anzahl der Darstellungen von \(n^2\) als Summe von \(3\) und \(5\) Quadraten wird hier durch die Darstellungsanzahl für \(n\) erhalten, entsprechend bei Summen von \(7\) Quadraten. Außerdem wird ein Ausdruck für das Anzahlverhältnis der Darstellungen von \(c\) und \(cn^2\) durch \(3\) Quadrate gewonnen.
